The project is expanding the windows and framing them with aluminum. I need a rendering for city approval. All they need is a professional drawing of what it will look like. It will need dimensions, elevations and a site plan.
The brick and stucco is going to be demolished and be replaced with as much window as possible and the glass will come all the way to the floor with framing. There is a 12 inch beam going across right above the existing windows across the entire building that is helping hold the roof up so the windows cannot go any higher. The windows will only expand left to right and down. There are also four 12 inch beams (2 at the edge of my space, the gutter on the right is where my property ends, and 2 where the white framing is that hold up the roof so no glass is possible there). The contractors I have spoke with say that for that length of glass I will need 2 framed windows on each side of the door. The roof will remain the same. The door will also become a glass door. The concave will remain that is leading to the door. Each of the 4 windows will have writing on them that read "Perfect Brows" and underneath it will say "Threading-Facials-Waxing". The white wooden framing will be removed.
The current dimensions of the windows are:
L: 77 inches
H 55.5 inches
Proposed window dimensions:
L: 92 inches
H: 94 inches
Current Door (will be expanded if possible):
L: 45 inches
H: 81.5 inches
D (from entry way to door): 35 inches
