TOWN ON TWO HILLS, as the initial motive in the design, derived from the existing terrain morphology.
The choice of the two most prominent bass places for the residental, as most important, with the application of circular matrix, a frequent motive of ideal cities.
The space between two hills linking soft forms and functions that complement the high quality of life, such as sports, recreation, open green areas, schools, library, church ...
Surround industry is immersed in the field and softened with green roofs.
DownTown is continued in a rectangular matrix, again following the logic of a quality of life>healthcare and leisure centar>restaurants, culture, retail>shopping mall for the end, which is a design as a town bastion toward highway.
Right part of the matrix is separated as a business center, designed in strict and elegant lines.
Left part of the curve of the highway is separated as a gas station with accompanying activities, lounge and sevis car, as well as a public service to the service access, again all objects refined with green roofs.
