The main objective of this proposal was to develop a functional bathroom, take advantage of the maximum space available, and create a modern bathroom with clean lines that joined with materials with light touches of vivid colors.
I opted to keep the door and window in the original location, saving some money in the construction phase, adpting the new distribution to these two constraints.
On the wall to the left of the door is a closet with some storage capacity as required, being followed by two washbasins resting on a bench. The wall opposite the washbasin is covered with a large mirror which reinforces the spaciousness of the bathroom as you can see in 3D perspective.
The shower right by the window , closing it with a "wall " of glass, achieving this way a relaxing and well-lit room, with the walls covered with blue tiles and wood. The shower partition is built in glass bricks to allow light to pass through and give a general lightness perception of the space. In this wall I have incorporated 3 metal boxes that give both the shower and for the other side, closed in the midle not allowing the passage of water. Those boxes can be uded as shelves for both sides.
On this wall I put some more cabinets and the toilet, which is sheltered behind the door when you enter, making possible to not even notice about it's presence.
Refering to materials I choosed light woods with white walls and light gray flooring, that helps to give a light and bright perception the whole division.
As elements of exception the 3 boxes on the glass brick wall, stand out with their bright colors, giving life and become a striking element.
