I have a 1917 bungalow with three bedrooms and one bathroom on the main level. I want to make that into two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms and bathroom all connect to the kitchen. I remodeled the kitchen and finished the basement in 2008. I am ready to have my own bathroom, right now we only have one bathroom on the main level.
I would like a lovely master suite with closet space, a bathtub and a shower. I would like to have access to the backyard from one of the spaces. I would like to have a guest/media room, a small bathroom (must have at least a shower), master bedroom, closet, master bath.
My style is cottagey. I have had a major remodel but love that people assume it is the original kitchen. I would like a cottage/beach bedroom/bathroom.
I think it would be prudent to keep the bathroom plumbing in the same general area.
I would like to get a new, larger refrigerator.
I am looking for creative use of space and feasibility of execution within my budget of $50,000
I would like a layout and plan view.
- PLAN DRAWING: Scale 1/4"-1' (or 1/50)
- SECTION-ELEVATION VIEW(S) : Scale 1/4"-1' (or 1/50)
- PERSPECTIVE/AXONOMETRIC VIEWS (where relevant)
