This bathroom is used by the kids and any guests that visit our home. The washer and dryer are also in this bathroom. Right now these appliances protrude from their current spot. We would like the space redesigned to accommodate a washer and dryer as well as the bathroom.
The most important thing is that the space looks like it belongs in our 1963 mid-century ranch (which has subtle Asian influences). Not that is needs to look like 1963 per se just that it is not discordant--photo included for reference. Secondly is that the space accommodates the full sized washer and dryer (stackable or otherwise). We would prefer that they are concealed some way. **Please include measurements.**
It is necessary to have a bathtub as it is the only one in the house. The bathtub is in good condition and could be reused (although it could go too). We do like two sinks however we would be willing to sacrifice one if needed.
Our budget is $8,000-10,000.
Aesthetically I would describe us as minimalists. We like the unexpected use of materials, space age modern, mid century modern and we are environmentally conscious.
